Selling my dream

Well i don't know if anyone remembers but i was going to sell my apartment in Alanya (Turkey)to help my daughter buy her first property, if she could find one cheap enough.
She is 30 and has just finished a degree in criminology and i am proud of her. Nevertheless its so hard to get on the property ladder on one income but lucky her, she has found a repossession , a 3 bed house for £91.000.
TODAY SHE SIGNED THE PAPERS ............... The fact of the matter is she has no money to furnish it and i would like to do that at least.

So now I am off to Turkey (Alanya) (sunday) to see if i can get the ball rolling and sell up quick

I have sold 3 properties before without any problem, but i sold them while i was there to Turks without agents being involved, this time i wont be there to deal with the sale. I had a friend who was an accountant and translator who helped me but he has moved abroad now.

I think i am going to find this difficult so wish me luck anyone who calls in here. I will be away 2 weeks.

p.s I am on Myspace now and would like to join up with anyone else who is on my friendlist. Check me out........

is this the apartment you've been fixing up? that was a beautiful one. I think you'll have no problems getting a buyer for it. good luck and take care! :)
